Advanced Vascular Solutions provides the highest quality arterial, venous, and wound care in Indian River and Brevard counties. General and Vascular Surgeon Hadi Shalhoub, DO, FACOS and Ashlee Thomas APRN take a patient-centered approach to care. They work hard to build a rapport with their patients to help them get the most beneficial treatments as efficiently as possible. Additionally, we offer a full Primary Care service under Lori Gibbons, MSN, NP-C. 

The vascular and wound care practice specializes in the diagnosis of many vascular conditions, including peripheral arterial disease and venous reflux. They also perform abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair and radiofrequency ablation.

Advanced Vascular Solutions offers ClosureFast™ and Varithena to treat varicose veins. The wound care team also uses many techniques to promote wound healing, including skin grafts, wound pumps, and wound vacs.

Arterial Care
Our critical arterial services include lower extremity revascularization for peripheral arterial disease, carotid surgery for stroke prevention, & abdominal aortic aneurysm repair. These procedures can save and significantly improve the lives of those in need.

 

Vein Care
Our practice offers solutions for achy legs, painful legs, tired legs, crampy legs, and restless legs. We treat Varicose Veins and Spider Veins using methods such as Radiofrequency Ablations (RFA) and Verithena. We also treat Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and Superficial Vein thrombosis (SVT).

 

Wound Care
Do you have a wound that needs treatment? We treat traumatic wounds, venous stasis ulcers, arterial ischemic ulcers, and decubitus ulcers or bed sores. We also treat lymphedema to ensure skin integrity of the legs.
