I think they are very polite and treat there patients with much respect. I feel that I was a difficult patient. The surgeon explained everything to me and stayed with me until I understood everything.

Lisa is amazing! We came to her, extremely frustrated and worried because of a bad surgical procedure on our daughter which left a huge open wound and was severely infected. Lisa and her team provided top notch care to our daughter and was so patient, caring and encouraging to all of us! Despite her busy schedule, Lisa made arrangements to squeeze her in! We absolutely adore Lisa and are so grateful for the care she and her team provided!

During this follow up visit, Dr. Shaloub and Jennifer Lang took the time to explain what possible options I could explore with my appointment with another physician. So even though this office was not the right specialty for my immediate needs, they are always willing to help.
